YouTube Allows Copyfraudsters To Fraudulently Take Down Videos? Yes They Do In My Opinion!

There was an endless fraud on YouTube… it was copyfraud. These greedy corporations has been stealing public domain content, and claiming copyright and intellectual property as their own content. YouTube’s Content ID program has been linked to fraudulent copyright claims that are too difficult to combat. Their anti-piracy system has been causing some users to upload less videos… and cause their accounts to be wrongfully terminated. Although; these corporations are NOT caring about their audience, they only care about money! Well, money doesn’t grow on trees. You have to pay taxes, and other bills to keep your products going, and your services running.

Big corporations who were distributing content on YouTube aren’t immuned to be liable for copyfraud. Copyright trolls don’t belong on YouTube because, that can put users in serious danger. Google Inc… the owner of YouTube didn’t even care about individuals who were trying to keep their content safe from being fraudulently claimed by these copyfraudsters. This is the known kind of neglect what YouTube is hiding for the past years. Who in the right mind to allow copyfraudsters to put our channels in danger,–due to high levels of fraudulent copyright claims. Screwed by YouTube? Think again… many users who were flooding the YouTube help forums,–demanding action to be taken to stop the trolls.

YouTube’s TOS is totally vague. That’s why I halted my video production. I used to upload videos on YouTube, but I have to clear away all of my videos because, I have to safeguard my channel from these copyfraudsters.

Although; copyright is built to expire overtime, and fair-use is designed to use copyrighted-content without the permission of the copyright-owner. But these CRY-BABIES has been silencing fair-use for the past years,–crying over loss of revenue, and marketing value of their work. However; via our today’s current issues with YouTube… many users has been treated as nothing-more-than “Infringe-machines”.

These invalid copyright strikes are considered as fraudulent, and as spam… these invalid copyright claims are fraudulent, and these strikes often injure users.

When a channel has lost the battle,–due to harmful fraudulent copyright infringement claims, these channels were wrongfully terminated. Most money what these copyfraudsters receive has been laundered. This is the another form of money laundering, and no action has been taken to convict the trolls for copyfraud.

Copyfraud should be a federal crime, NOT a misdameaner… endless corruption to our American courts has been infecting our American society, and other countries where copyright law is out of shape, or out of order. If you were using YouTube’s content ID program, you are supporting terrorism, poaching, human trafficking, and illegal logging,–and illegal carbon emissions.

Most content in YouTube’s content ID program are spam in nature. No vetting has been performed, nor removal of content has been established either. This new kind of electronic waste has been linked to pollution, global warming, and high carbon output.

The DMCA is may to be blame, and this law should be abolished. YouTube is defective by design in nature. Online hypocrites has been spamming YouTube with fraudulently copyrighted material. The EFF has condemned silencing of legitimate creators who upload original content what they created themselves. Sadly, our government didn’t have any database to prohibit copyfraudsters from ever owning copyright for their new content, or forfeit copyright as a last resort. YouTube has been Youcked-UP, and their tubes need some serious cleaning.

Using YouTube’s content ID program is a greedy, selfish, and barberric. All of that whining from these corporations should be stopped for good. Since YouTube has been involved they’ve NOT been fined for allowing copyfraud. If YouTube was fined for copyfraud, and ordered to terminate all of the copyfraudsters’ accounts, they will be also order to restore all of these channels that were neglected by YouTube itself.

Some people were so scared, they had shut their doors of their channels. And moved to a new host,–or self-host their videos directly on their site.

I managed to keep my ad-blocking software running as I watch any YouTube video without allowing these greedy corporations to receive revenue from these ads, and NOT signing up for YouTube Red. I’ve been doing this as I started using Ad Block+. The reason why I used this extension because, I wanted to extend my privacy, and stop the trolls.

Any form of content ID systems for copyright-protection can lead to copyfraud.
