Friends, internet neighbors, and internet users… Austin Jones has been arrested since days ago! What Austin just did has really caused him to be behind bars, and be banned from the internet,–until his trial. However; he’s facing prison time,–if he’s convicted. If he was convicted of his crime, he has to register as a sex offender, and be banned from using any social networking services. Sure glad I don’t support his YouTube channel because, supporting a pedophile is a bad thing.
There are many videos on YouTube about Austin Jones being arrested, and banned from the internet. Well, his mobile phone has been seized by the police, and he isn’t able to go online. Encouraging young girls to do sexual acts is illegal in the USA, and other countries where sexual exploitation is prohibited. In fact, most sexual exploitation came from the time of early Islamic culture, and recent barbaric Islamic cultures that still happen today. Production, sales, distribution, and possession of child pornography is illegal. Being a celebrity doesn’t make you immuned to laws that protect our children from exploitation. I kept reading these similar articles as I performed a search on Google. I was so shocked when Austin Jones has been arrested for his crime, but he is on bond via $100,000. Who in the right mind to encourage young fans on his channel to do sexual acts when requested to do so? This is kind of terrible, and I felt really bad for these kids who were somehow exploited by this celeb who made a bad choice. Bad choices can lead you to serious issues.
If Austin Jones registers as a sex offender,–after or during his prison time,–or even his release date… he may be banned from going to any parks, churches, areas where schools are close to homes that is close enough to schools. Or in even some cases, he will end up being moved to the place where lots of sex offenders live,–next to train tracks, under the bridge, in halfway houses exclusively designed for sex offenders, or somewhere similar. Most of these sex offenders has been tracked when they’re on registries… if I can get my calculations correct, he may be end up losing internet priviliges for the rest of his life,. And that can result him to a loss of his email accounts, loss of his blog, loss of his websites via any web hosting services, his ad revenue, and his earnings from his songs what he just wrote. Maybe his songs will be placed in the public domain, eminent domain, or something. If you were in prison, you lose all copyrights of your work too!
However; Austin Jones being banned from the internet via a judge who is strict is powerful enough; but many sex offenders has fought against this controversial ban because, that infringes their right to be online. Common online activities what sex offenders do are exchanging email messages, shopping, writing, publishing, advertising, running online businesses, watching movies online, develop software, and more. Think about this guy! He’s a convicted sex offender who is spending time behind bars, and blogging from prison, and he is also sentenced to lifetime probation. That is one serious sentence what this guy is facing. If Austin Jones was behind bars, he isn’t able to make any music, but I don’t know if its possible to make new albums while you’re in prison. But I recently watched these episodes of Lockup on MSNBC… well, I usually watch this show when supported… but wait a minute!! You can still make music behind bars with a guitar, and a cassette recorder… this is an older way of recording music. And I believe cassettes are coming back because, they sounded better than they used to.
Breaking It Down… If Austin Jones Is Convicted
Like usual… he will be sent to prison, and he will leave the outside world, and our society. That means, he will begin to lose his fans on YouTube, his subscriber count begins to go down, and his ad revenue will go down as well. Advertisers will pay less money for his channel, and his channel will be reclaimed by YouTube,–if left inactive for some years.
As he starts to do his time,–maybe he is NOT going to make some music because, there’s no CDs to record, no music instruments to play,–if this prison what he goes to in the future have music instruments. However; he can watch TV, go to work, go to school, read, eat, and sleep. However; he can’t use a mobile phone because, that prevents iinmates from planning escapes, terrorism, and more.
If His YouTube Channel Loses Subscribers
This is usual, if there’s no new content, the channel becomes abandon overtime. That means; videos will be watched less frequently. This is usual for some channels owned by celebrities who were in trouble by the laws of the USA, or other countries.
Loss Of Ad Revenue
Maybe his earnings will be pushed over to get some taxes paid, or be used to support organizations that protect our children from exploitation.
If Austin Jones Was Released From Prison
If Austin Jones was being released from prison, maybe he will be moved to a halfway house. That can take a long time for him to rejoin our society.
If Austin Jones Registers As A Sex Offender
If Austin Jones was ordered to register as a sex offender, he will be end up being banned from FaceBook, YouTube, Twitter, Tumblr, and more. What I just mentioned earlier in this article, he will need to live by the train tracks, or maybe under the bridge where other sex offenders live.
