This is a post what YouTube don’t want you to read! Well, an effort to boycott DMCA isn’t just enough, it also contains information about an issue when you are uploading videos on this site, and why you should be very careful when you are creating something new.
What you’re about to read, it’s beyond worse nightmares! Although, users who are uploading videos on YouTube are most likely at risk of copyfraud,–caused by YouTube’s barberric CMS that is defective by design. And this is an endless issue that isn’t resolved for years,–after this site was purchased by Google.
Compassionate users, and creators now these days has the enormous power to leave technological measures off their work, and choose a CC license that is right for them;–for good!
Small creators on YouTube are the most neglected users on the face of the planet. They created 100% original content from scratch. These skilled creators who were talented, and monetizing content like a powerful small content artist who is well-trained to make these kind of videos has been doing their projects for the past years, But there’s an extreme problem! Barberric CMS on YouTube is treating users as nothing more than “infringe machines“.
Content uploaded to YouTube’s Content ID requires a file to upload, such as an audio track, the entire video, and other content what you created from scratch. Companies has made money off of content ID matches. Some of these matches are invalid. But most users don’t have any skill of resolving fraudulent copyright claims.
The Content ID is the form of online DRM that prevents unauthorized copies of these videos from uploading to YouTube. That can also inhibit fair-use. This form of sensorship is barberric, and it can leads to serious problems to our online creation. Never the less… fraud is present.
Blocking the video for copyright claims is also a barberric practice. That requires a partner on YouTube to set it up. Most greedy corporations do this!
Untold public domain content has been placed into the CMS on YouTube has caused by corporate companies who are responsible for their acts. That’s right!! There’s lots of corporate criminals online who weren’t held accountable just yet.
YouTubes Copyright School Video is also barberric because, it didn’t even mention Creative Commons, or the public domain. Copyright strikes are the cause when the users are sentenced to go to this place. They answer questions that are too difficult to answer.
Most of these copyright strikes injure users online. Three strikes leads to barberric terminations of their accounts. YouTube didn’t even listen to any user at all, many petitions has failed to win.
If you thought monetizing be any worse; think again!! Monetizing your videos requires you to have an Ad Sense Account, and you must submit expensive barberric documentations to varify proof your work that is copyrighted by you.
Most recording industries, motion picture industries has made money off of the CMS on YouTube. Not even 1 industry has their Ad Sense accounts terminated for running their secret pyramid schemes, tax avasion, fraud, copyfraud, and other forms of fraud. There’s no such law that protect blind uploaders from these fraudulent law firms, corporations, individuals, or third parties.
If you thought of using royalty-free content be any worse, think again!! Ads has appeared next to your videos. These recording industries has fraudulently claimed copyright on your video illegally. Ripping you off. That can also put users at risk.
People who launched paid channels didn’t make royalty-free copies of their work. Use of proprietary features are defective by design.
YouTube didn’t even notify users about our broken copyright system at all.
YouTube’s guidelines are also barberric because, they promote sensorship.
What You Should Do:
If you care about hosting your videos, other than YouTube, consider running a self-hosted video blog, and boycott YouTube’s Content ID, and leave copyright claims that are fraudulent off your account. Since these claims are harmful… copyright trolls should be liable for damages,–not innocent creators on YouTube. This harsh neglect still continues today!
Go for open-source licenses for your content, and don’t upload your videos on Youtube,–until their barberric practices has stopped. Or you can grab all of your videos, and delete your YouTube account altogether!
Sign up for a VPS hosting service for your videos what you’ve created yourself. Implement a disclaimer, privacy policy, and TOS pages as a way to let others know why you are running this site. Always talk to a web-hosting company representative to get help, and ask them to support EFF when making monthly payments for a service. This will help reform our copyright system; and maybe hold YouTube accountable for copyfraud, money laundering, neglect, mass copyfraud, bribery, extortion, and aiding terrorists.
Instructions for choosing a VPS plan for hosting your own videos
In order to safely host your videos on your own site; always check these plans before signing up, and read the terms/conditions, and watch out for possible flaws.
Always keep a backup amount of money on your debit card, or online wallet.
Once you signed up for a VPS plan,–after you upgraded from shared-hosting; upload all of your videos. Use WordPress as a CMS tool, and install these plugins to enable Creative Commons licenses for your content.
You may need to upgrade your AdSense account, or use a different ad network. Chitika is the known ad network that is an alternative to AdSense,–if Google AdSense has wrongfully terminated your account, and stole your earnings. This is the known sign of fraud what publishers trying to bring to light.
Always plan out how you will monetize your videos on your own site. If you believed hosting your own videos is helpful; that means… you have full control of your content,–not YouTube. If you kept making new videos, and you made lots of money, and you supported EFF; it will take some time for YouTube to lose some of their users who were involved in copyfraud, and harsh sensorship. You can say good-bye to YouTube’s content ID system forever!
Congradulations! You’ve dumped YouTube, and you’ve emptied a yucky tube that is infected with copyfraud.
What to boycott
Boycott CD Baby, and other music distribution services, along with any record labels who don’t care about fair-use, Creative Commons, and the public domain. Keep a list of these sites, and record labels, and set up a firewall to block corporate thugs who were involved in copyfraud. If you were a school administrator… be sure to educate all of your students and staff about why copyfraud is wrong is by making a video that will educate why copyfraud should be a serious crime.
Don’t purchase any of the products that will support these corporations who were involved in copyfraud. If you kept boycotting; the corporation will make less money.
Do cut ties with any of these corporations who issue licensed content. And replace these corporations with epical small creators. You can cut ties with big content creators,–if you were a toy maker; snack food maker, broadcaster, film maker, amusement ride developer, stuffed-toy maker; manufacturer, supplier, or any of these things you do as a business/hobby. When cutting ties; try supporting Creative Commons, The Free-Software Foundation, EFF, and Wikipedia.
Don’t forget to boycott any of these partners who use Content ID for their content; such as Disney, Nick, TNT, HBO, Bravo, Cartoon Network, A&E, TLC, Discovery Channel, and more. If you still subscribed to these channels, send a friendly message,–telling them why you are about to leave YouTube, or unsubscribing from their channels.
